Case 15 History ---- The patient is a 21-year-old woman who presents with an intractable adult-onset seizure disorder related to a 3 cm in diameter right temporal lobe parasylvian AVM with middle cerebral arterial supply and superficial venous drainage with no associated arterial or venous aneurysms and no evidence of prior hemorrhage. She was embolized with Onyx one day prior to AVM resection. ---- 15A1,2 Gross neurosurgical specimen resembles a “bag of worms”.
