Case 15 History ---- The patient is a 21-year-old woman who presents with an intractable adult-onset seizure disorder related to a 3 cm in diameter right temporal lobe parasylvian AVM with middle cerebral arterial supply and superficial venous drainage with no associated arterial or venous aneurysms and no evidence of prior hemorrhage.
