Case 16 History ---- The patient is a 15 year old boy with acute onset of seizures and a medial temporal AVM which was embolized in four stages with N-butyl cyanoacrylate 5 weeks previous to surgery. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for AVM resection. ---- Whole mount of the resected specimen shows embolized intravascular material (H&E)
