The vessels are large and abnormal, many arising from more normal size vessels, and at least one with normal size proximal and distal continuations. There is no evidence of hemosiderin deposition around the vessel, perhaps there has been no prior leakage or these are parent vessels but not the site of rupture. (H&E)
