Case 5 History ---- The patient is a 33 year old woman who presented with intermittent lower extremity paresthesias and weakness with headaches. Brain MR angiogram showed a right parietal mass, consistent with an AVM. The patient received trans-arterial onyx embolization with surgical removal approximately 4 months later. ---- 5A1-3 The AVM in this case is shown in TIRM mode (5A1), and in T1 without (5A2) and with contrast (5A3)
