Case 9 History ---- This 12 year old patient was known to have an inoperable AVM since early childhood. At final admission he presented with catastrophic hemorrhage into the right lateral ventricle and extension to left lateral ventricle. ---- 9A1,2 The right cerebral hemisphere is largely replaced by an AVM.
