Case 10 History ---- The patient is a 70 year old man with a prior history of hypertension. He presented with complaints of dizziness. Imaging studies revealed multi-focal abnormalities in the right cerebral hemisphere, suspicious for demyelinating disease, infection, or another inflammatory process.
