Case 2 History ---- The patient is an 84 year old man with history of hypertension, coronary artery disease, melanoma and prostate cancer who presented with progressive memory loss, headaches, expressive aphasia and gait abnormality for the past six months. On imaging, he had a left parieto-occipital T2-hyperintense lesion with associated edema and leptomeningeal enhancement. Operative procedure: Craniotomy and biopsy of the left parieto-occipital lesion.
