Case 3 History ---- The patient is a 42-year-old woman with a remote history of meningitis 20 years ago and resultant acute tubular necrosis who required transient dialysis but recovered kidney function. While away on a business trip she had an event with partial hemi-field vision loss and alteration of her sensorium. Imaging at an OSH revealed a left parietal lesion of uncertain etiology. After a period of hospitalization, she was discharged and returned to St. Louis for additional workup and therapy.
