Case 7 History ---- The patient was a 69-year-old man who presented with multiple episodes of right-sided weakness thought to represent TIAs manifesting as right facial droop as well as right upper extremity weakness. Workup revealed evidence of multiple diffuse enhancing lesions throughout his brain but particularly in the left parieto-occipital sulci. A neuroangiogram demonstrated atherosclerosis with no significant stenosis. Operative procedure: Temporal lobe brain biopsy. ---- 7A1-4 MRIs show a meningeal and parenchymal T1-weighted contrast-administered and T2-weighted process.
