Case 3 History ---- The medical history of this patient has been lost over the years. This case was dissected by the late luminary Dr. John Kissane during his WUMS Pathology residency and maintained in a museum for ~65 years. ---- Subarachnoid hemorrhage (arrowhead) resulted from the rupture of the aneurysm.
