The sections of the "right middle cerebral artery aneurysm," show the remnants of an aneurysmal dilated arterial wall with bound, organizing hemorrhage, fibrin deposition, numerous macrophages and both hemosiderin and hematoidin pigment. Additionally, there is mixed inflammation, composed of neutrophils, lymphocytes, plasma cells and eosinophils. However, microorganisms are not identified.
