Case 0 History ---- The patient is a 68 year old woman who suffered chest pains, developed ventricular fibrillation and asystole. Autopsy showed a 5 day old anteroseptal myocardial infarct and a prior healed myocardial infarct. She did not have any CNS signs or symptoms. ---- The patient has a 1490 gram brain with a small (0.7 cm), midline lobulated aneurysm (arrow) arising from the region of the internal carotid/posterior communicating cerebral arteries.
