A recently ruptured 1.0 x 0.5 x 0.5 cm aneurysm is present in the basilar artery (arrow, 6A2). A second unruptured aneurysm that measures 1.0 x 0.5 x 0.3 cm is found in the right pericallosal artery. There is marked softening of the brainstem in the region of the ruptured aneurysm.
