In this dissection of the circle of Willis the clips present on the anterior communicating artery are visible. A second aneurysm (arrowhead), measuring 4 x 3 x 2 mm is located at the trifurcation of the left middle cerebral artery and appears unruptured. The adjacent leptomeninges are thin and translucent in most sites without subarachnoid blood. is no evidence of uncal or subfalcine herniation.
