Case 13 History ---- The patient is a 16 year old boy with multiple intracranial cavernomas managed conservatively and a family history of CA. Two of the CA in this patient have hemorrhaged, a left posterior frontal cavernoma, and a right parieto-occipital lesion. The patient has had subsequent seizures with features implicating the left posterior frontal hemorrhagic cavernoma as the ictal onset zone. Operative procedure: Left frontal craniotomy with excision of cavernous malformation and hematoma cavity.
