Case 14 History ---- The patient is a 40 year old man with a known cavernous malformation of the right pons by imaging and a history of bleeding. MRI (January 2010) shows different stages of blood surrounding the right pontine cavernous malformation, and mass effect on the fourth ventricle. Operative procedure: Excision.
