Case 24 History ---- The patient is a 61 year old woman with history of left temporal intracranial hemorrhage. MRI shows a left temporal cavernous malformation. ---- 24A1-4 MRI examination of this patient’s CA with FLAIR (arrow, 24A1), T1-weighted without contrast (24A2), T1 with contrast (24A3) and T2 weighted with contrast sequences.
