Case 26 History ---- The patient is a 61 year old man who has severe right-sided neck pain and numbness and weakness in his right sided extremities. MRI showed a non-enhancing intramedullary lesion with central T1 hyperintensity and a surrounding rim of T2 hypointensity. Operative procedure: C3 posterior cervical laminectomy with partial C2 and C4 laminectomy for resection of cavernoma
