Case 8 History ---- The patient is an 18 month old girl with a clinical diagnosis of right frontal cavernous malformation. Operative procedure: Right craniotomy with removal of frontal cavernoma. ---- 8A1-3 A large frontal cavernous malformation is shown by MRI studies with FLAIR (8A1), T1-weighted image without contrast (8A2) and T2-weighted with contrast (8A3)
