Case 17 History ---- The history is largely lost, however, I think the patient had a mass lesion thought to be a 'glioma`. ---- 17A1 This large surgical specimen did not contain a neoplasm, rather it was involved by congophilic angiopathy resulting in scattered microinfarcts and loss of white matter (H&E)
