Case 28 History ---- The patient was an 82 year old woman who presented with visual disturbance. Imaging studies revealed a ring enhancing mass in the right occipital region, suspicious for a malignant neoplasm. The surgical specimen of the right occipital lobe showed an organizing hematoma with amyloid angiopathy. ---- A collection of thick walled vessels with hemorrhage was suspicious for a vascular malformation
