Case 11 History ---- The patient is a seven-month-old boy who was initially seen after birth for suspected spinal dysraphism and was found to have a dermal sinus from just above his gluteal cleft down to the spinal canal. During surgery a associated mass lesion was identified. ---- 11A1-3 Several magnifications of the associated mass shows numerous vascular channels with thicker epithelioid endothelial cells consistent with epithelioid hemangioma (H&E)
