Case 2 History ---- The patient is a 15 year old girl with left leg weakness and pain, and an enhancing intraspinal (intradural/extramedullary) mass at the level of L3 which involves two nerve roots and does not involve the bone. ----This hemangioma is comprised of closely-packed endothelial cells which form predominantly irregular, small-caliber capillary-like channels (H&E)
