4A1 Capillary hemangioma (Case 4) FLAIR - Copy
Case 4 History ---- The patient is a 15-year-old boy who has had symptoms of syncope for approximately a year with intermittent headaches. Workup demonstrated a left cerebellar mass that, over the past year, had been monitored. The decision was made to biopsy/resect the lesion for diagnosis. Intraoperative MRI indicated a complete resection of the lesion with no bleeding complications. ---- 4A1-3 A discrete hyperintense cerebellar lesion is identified with FLAIR (4A1), T1-weighted contrast enhanced MRI in axial (4A2) and sagittal section (4A3)
