Case 6 History ---- The patient is a 52 year old woman with a history of cervical spine hemangioma status post resection in 2013. MRI from 12/29/2015 showed residual hemangioma of the posterior elements of C5 resulting in cord kinking at the level of C4-C5. Operative procedure: Posterior cervical tumor resection at C5-C6. ---- This right vertebral angiogram shows a vascular process (arrow) in the spinous process.
