Higher magnification of the organizing hematoma shown in image #10A1.. There are red blood cell breakdown products with focal hemosiderin and hematoidin pigment. At the periphery the clot is present between two fibrous membranes and is accompanied by granulation tissue with capillary and fibroblast proliferation. (H&E)
