10B3-6 Multiple coronal sections at various magnifications show bilateral areas of posterior cerebral artery hemorrhagic infarction caused by compression of the PCAs during uncal herniation. In this case the patient’s normal appearing vessels of the circle of Willis worked against her keeping the vasculature open.
