Case 3 History ---- This patient was a 92 year old man at the time of death. Although the pattern of injury appears more exaggerated than the typical picture in an adult, resembling the central cerebellar sclerosis of infants, there is no history of perinatal injury or reason not to believe this insult was acquired in adulthood. ---- 3A1 This whole mount of the vermis shows a central area of pallor surrounded by superficial folial preservation (H&E)
