Case 5 History ---- The patient is a one year old with a seizure disorder and right hemisphere porencephalic cyst. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for right hemispherectomy. ---- 5A1 The neurosurgical specimen consists of a portion of the wall of a cyst containing fragments of the right cerebral hemisphere without a definitive lining.
