13A2-4 The white matter is modestly diminished overall but relatively diminished in the frontal lobes where it is accompanied by a porencephalic cavity in the periventricular areas of the hemispheres (left>right, the right probably is also porencephaly with fusion with the ventricle). Notice the prominent loss of white matter in the corpus callosum. There was no evidence of a metabolic or storage disorder.
