Case 12 History ---- The detailed history of this patient from long ago has been lost over the years. Nonetheless, my memory of the case is that the patient was a middle aged woman who presented with a major hemorrhagic lesion whose identity was unclear by scan/X-ray. A brain biopsy demonstrated an unusual mass which presaged a diagnosis of a cardiac left atrial myxoma.
