The patient had several infarcts in the right frontal lobe (shown here), the inferolateral right occipital lobe, the left inferior temporal-occipital lobe, the superior aspect of the left occipital pole and the superior aspect of the left cerebellar hemisphere, consistent with the history of multiple remote infarcts.
