Case 6 History ---- This 87 year old man had a 30-year history of hypertension and hypercholesterolemia, decreased hearing, multiple myeloma not requiring treatment and macular degeneration. In 2003 he developed a right parieto-occipital cerebral infarct with residual left homonymous hemianopsia.
