Case 1 History ---- An 80-year-old man acutely developed aphasia and left sided hemiparesis. MRI showed a right fronto-temporal T2 hypointense, minimally enhancing, hypovascular, 5 x 4.6 x 3.6 cm polycystic mass with surrounding edema and mild-to-moderate mass effect.
