3A1,2 Multiple areas of hemorrhage/hemorrhagic infarction/hemorrhagic necrosis, more frequently associated with small veins than arteries, involving the cerebral hemispheres, deep gray nuclei and cerebellum. There were no infectious organisms in the lesions.
