Case 4 History ---- The patient is a 90 year old woman with a history of metastatic carcinoid tumor of the lung and a left frontal parasagittal tumor. MRI from 9/17/15 showed a 4.6 cm extra axial homogeneously enhancing mass for which the primary radiographic differential diagnostic consideration was meningioma. She received cyberknife radiotherapy for this intracranial tumor in 2006 and 2013. Operative procedure: Resection of the tumor.
