10A1-4 An MRI exam was performed. Multiple coronal FLAIR scans are shown from rostral to caudal. The scans show significant loss of subcortical white matter, thinning of the corpus callosum, ventricular dilatation and ulegyria, i.e., the loss of cerebral cortex in the depths of sulci with relative preservation of the crests of superficial cortex, typically an ischemic pattern.
