16B1,2 Both T cells (16B1, CD3 IHC) and B cells (16B2, CD20 IHC) are involved in the process. CD3 highlights small T cells in both perivascular lymphocytic infiltrates as well as scattered throughout the brain parenchyma. CD20 highlights small B cells in a predominantly perivascular pattern.
