1B4-7 Parenchymal vessels vary in appearance. Some vessels have a simple cuff of lymphocytes while others have a granulomatous infiltrate with epithelioid histiocytes and multinucleated giant cells. The lumen shows variable preservation and is obliterated in some vessels. (H&E)
