This view of the ventral aspect (i.e., the base) of the brain appears unusual due to displacing the cerebellum to show its usually hidden dorsal view. The Galen fistula is caught up with the hemorrhage and dilated vessels but a tiny portion of one of the coils is visible (arrowhead).
